How to get a quote?

Simply email us via sales@teamrapidtooling.com with 3D CAD model and project details, or by filling out the “Request a Quote” web form. Our engineers will get back a detailed quote to you within 24 hours.

 

What type of files is available for TEAM Rapid?

IGES or STEP format is perfect for us.

 

Is the lead time quoted in calendar days?

Lead times are quoted in calendar days.

But it doesn’t include the public holidays here, such as New Year’s Day, Spring Festival, National Day and etc. Our engineers will inform this during quoting or project management if there is any holiday coming in the near future.

 

What are your Payment Terms?

- Prototype Payment Terms: We normally request 100% upfront payment for new customers. Credit will be offered after a certain number of orders.
- Tooling Payment Terms:50% upfront and 50% after sample approval. Tool building will begin after 50% upfront payment is received. For the sample verification, if a delay is caused by the customer, (e.g. design change), the customer shall make the 50% balance amount.

- Product Payment Terms: Payment in advance. The molding project will commence after receiving 100% payment up front

Team Rapid accepts payment in two ways:

- Bank-to-bank wire transfer. We have accounts in both HK and China.

- Paypal – We can send you a PayPal invoice and you can pay by your PayPal account.
