Q: How can I get a quote from you?

A: You can send us email at sales@teamrapidtooling.com or fill out the online from with as much as information (Drawing, Material, Quantity, Finish) as possible.

 

Q: How can I know my project status without visiting your company?

A: We will offer a detailed project schedule and send weekly report with digital photos and videos which show the production process.

 

Q: How can you ensure the quality?

A: We will do the quality control from the beginning of production until goods finish. We guarantee each part is fully inspected before shipping.

 

Q: What can I get for the after sales services?

A: We are very welcome for your comments or advise about our quality and services. Please feel free to tell us and our QC engineers will follow up your case and give you the best solution.

 

Q: What are your Payment Terms?

A: We normally would request 100% upfront payment for rapid prototype, prototyping tooling and Rapid Injection Molding production.

While for production tooling, 50% upfront, and 50% upon sample approval.

Terms can be negotiable with each individual client.
