High Pressure Die Casting Specialists
Zinc pressure die casting is one of the
most efficient high production methods to manufacture strong, accurate, complex
metal components. Zinc Pressure Die Casting process is carried out in automatic
machines which withstand high pressure. The molten metal is pushed into a
two-piece steel die containing one or more cavities. The mechanical properties
of pressure die casting are generally superior to castings produced by other
method because the quick chill and rapid solidification take place when molten
metal comes in contact with the cool steel side and the fine metallurgical grain
structure that result. Zinc pressure die castings are stronger than sand
casting 356-T6 aluminum, SAE 40 bronze, and classed 30 casted iron. Pressure
die cast components produced using the ZA alloys are stronger than pressure die
cast aluminum 380 alloy.
TEAM Rapid is a leading company of Pressue Die Casting processing industry. One of our specialists is the casting of iron part
in different sizes. The weight of our custom casting parts ranging from 10kg to
45 tons. We use the most modern equipment for casting components. At TEAM
Rapid, we are able to meet your requirements by offering casting and steel and
iron casting.
Our facility is equipped with the latest
technology to meet the requirements of any custom casting. We have a molding
facility with a chamber size of 1000 x 800 x 350/350mm and a mechanical manual
casting facility with the chamber dimension 2600 x 1400 x 800/800mm. Our hand
moulding facility for the production of manually produced casting in the size
of 4000x4000x1500/1500mm.
High Pressure Die Casting offers the
shortest route from molten metal to completed component, by injecting molten
metal into a hardened steel mould and allowing it to solidify under pressure
before ejection. This process provides fast, precise and cost-effective
production of aluminum or zinc die casting which meet the needs of product
appearance and dimension. TEAM Rapid has high pressure die casting machines
with locking forces of between 220 and 530 tones. All feature computerized
real-time shot control, automatic ladling, die-spray, automatic casting
extraction and cooling. No worries if you have small quantities. We have
upgraded our tooling preparation and set-up operations to make the process more
accessible to customers who require only small quantities. We can provide the
complete service whether you have a batch of 10 or 10,000 parts.
